ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Evaluation of surface properties in liquid detergent formulations containing binary mixture of anionic/amphoteric surfactants as well as ternary mixtures of anionic/amphoteric/nonionic surfactants, is discussed. To examine the degreasing ability, five surfactant mixtures with different surfactant type and concentration were used to determine wetting angle, surface tension and emulsification power on oily ceramic plate. These tests assess the ability of detergents to remove grease, food residues, and other impurities from dishes.
