SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Vještačkainteligencija(AI) namdonosiznačajneekonomskeisocijalnepogodnosti, pastogamnogekompanijeivladesupozicioniranekakobiiskoristileteprednosti. TakovećinaindustrijalizovanihzemaljarazvijapolitikezapodsticanjeprihvatanjaAIurazličitimsektorima, pamožemorećidavjštačkainteligencijapolakopostajetehnologijaopštenamjeneprimenljivausvimoblastimadruštvenogživota. Društvenaegzistencijanapojedinimteritorijamaodređenajesamomvezomgrađanaidržavnihinstitucija, uvidueksponiranjairadaukoristopšteginteresagrađanakrozrazličitegranedržaveiliuslugepoznatekaojavnisektor. Svedocismopostepenoguvođenjavještačkeinteligencijeujavnomsektoruilitijavnojupraviuciljulakšegservisiranjaiunapređenjepogodnostikojedržavatrebadapružigrađanima, štoseprožimakrozostvarivanjeodređenihpravagrađanaiuunapređenjuprivrednihdjelatnostiukojimasugrađaniidruštvoitekakozainteresovani. Kakovještačkainteligencija(AI) pružamnogemogućnosti, moramonapomenutidatakođenosiibezbrojrizika. NeophodnojenapomenutidaAIimakapacitetdapovećaipotkopavjernostidealupravnedržave, štoitekakomožedovestidopristrasnostiidiskriminacije, zabrinutostizaprivatnostibezbjednost, pogoršavanjuekonomskeidrugenejednakosti. Međutim, kakobiseispuniliuslovivladavinepravaivrhovnipostulati, potrebnojeuspostavitisistemkontrole.
