САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Вjештачка интелигенција (АИ) нам доноси значајне економске и социјалне погодности, па с тога многе компаније и владе су позициониране како би искористиле те предности. Тако већина индустријализованих земаља развија политике за подстицање прихватања АИ у различитим секторима, па можемо рећи да вјштачка интелигенција полако постаје технологија опште намјене применљива у свим областима друштвеног живота. Друштвена егзистенција на појединим територијама одређена је самом везом грађана и државних институција, у виду експонирања и рада у корист општег интереса грађана кроз различите гране државе или услуге познате као јавни сектор. Сведоци смо постепеног увођења вјештачке интелигенције у јавном сектору илити јавној управи у циљу лакшег сервисирања и унапређење погодности које држава треба да пружи грађанима, што се прожима кроз остваривање одређених права грађана и у унапређењу привредних дјелатности у којима су грађани и друштво итекако заинтересовани. Како вјештачка интелигенција (АИ) пружа многе могућности, морамо напоменути да такође носи и безброј ризика. Неопходно је напоменути да АИ има капацитет да повећа и поткопа вјерност идеалу правне државе, што итекако може довести до пристрасности и дискриминације, забринутости за приватност и безбједност, погоршавању економске и друге неједнакости. Међутим, како би се испунили услови владавине права и врховни постулати, потребно је успоставити систем контроле.
