САЖЕТАК /ABSTRACT:
This paper presents the development and experimental validation of an open-source Python-based virtual instrumentation system for real-time acquisition, processing, and visualization of rotational speed and torque signals in an induction motor. The experimental setup was implemented at the Laboratory for Marine Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Maritime Studies Kotor, University of Montenegro, using a two-motor test bench equipped with a torque transducer, an incremental encoder, and an NI USB-6210 data acquisition device. The virtual measurement system was developed using the NI-DAQmx Python library, providing flexible configuration of acquisition channels and sampling parameters while enabling direct communication with the DAQ hardware. The software integrates synchronized acquisition of analog and digital signals, real-time signal processing, automatic calibration, digital filtering, and graphical visualization within a unified measurement environment. Experimental results demonstrate reliable acquisition of dynamic speed and torque characteristics during motor start-up and loading conditions.
