ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Životinje kao likovi prisutne su u književnosti od davnina, od antičkih basni, priča o životinjama, preko biblijskog motiva o Adamu i Evi, do savremenih književnih dela, naročito onih namenjenih deci. Polazeći od pristupa animalistici kao disciplini koja se bavi analizom prikaza životinja u književnosti, izdvojen je antropomorfni aspekt analize. Cilj rada je da se u animalističkoj prozi za decu Branka V. Radičevića, u kojoj autor uspešno vaja likove životinja, analizira emocionalni diskurs a u fokusu je njegovo delo Učeni mačak. Zadaci ovog rada su: uočavanje osobina i načina građenja likova životinja, naročito mačka, potom psa, te analiza međusobne komunikacije književnih likova.
