Предикција академског постигнућа: улога академске самоефикасности и перфекционизма

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Истраживање је имало за циљ испитивање доприноса академске самоефикасности и перфекционизма предикцији академског постигнућа. Узорак је обухватио 253 студента (218 женског пола), од друге до четврте године основних академских студија, старости између 20 и 28 година (М = 21,06, SD = 1,45). Подаци су прикупљени путем онлајн анкете, користећи: Скалу академске самоефикасности и Фростову мултидимензионалну скалу перфекционизма. Меру академског постигнућа је представљала просечна оцена током претходне године студија. Резултати показују да академска самоефикасност и перфекционизам објашњавају 28% варијансе академског постигнућа. Самоефикасност у процесу учења и димензије перфекционистичке тежње (Лични стандарди и Организација) остварују позитиван допринос предикцији академског постигнућа, док димензије перфекционистичке забринутости (Брига око грешака, Сумња у вези са акцијом, Родитељска очекивања и критицизам) остварују негативан допринос. Добијени pезултати упућују на потребу за развојем образовних и саветодавних програма усмерених на јачање самоефикасности у процесу учења, постављање високих али реалних стандарда, истрајност и личну одговорност, превазилажење самокритичности и страха од грешака, како би се унапредило академско постигнуће и психолошка добробит студената.
