САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Svedoci smo sve većeg prisustva informacionih i telekomunikacionih tehnologija u elektroenergetskim postrojenjima. Nastavkom digitalizacije VN postrojenja do Procesnog nivoa (Process Bus) zahtevi koji se postavljaju pred funkcionalnosti neophodne za uspešan rad zaštitno-upravljačkih sistema postaju sve kompleksniji. Razmena informacija pomoću Sampled Values (SV) – Vrednosti uzoraka – definisana u delu 9-2 IEC 61850 Standarda je ključni aspekt daljeg razvoja i implementacije digitalizovanih VN postrojenja. Uzevši u obzir sve karakteristike SV, uviđamo da uspostavljanje funkcionalne arhitekture sistema Procesnog nivoa predstavlja izuzetno složen zadatak, kako sa aspekta vremenske sinhronizacije, tako i količine podataka na lokalnoj mreži (LAN). Kao moguće rešenje za kontrolu protoka podataka u digitalizovanim VN postrojenjima, neophodno je razumeti karakteristike virtuelne lokalne računarske mreže – VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network). Navedena segregacija mrežnih sistema može biti iskorišćena i za povećanje računarske bezbednosti – Cyber security.
