PODNOSIVI NAPON IZOLATORA U USLOVIMA POLJOPRIVREDNOG ZAGAĐENJA

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Pojava preskoka na izolaciji, kao posledica taloženja na površinu izolatora u vazduhu prisutnih zagađivača, ima značajne posledice na pouzdanost i sigurnost rada elektroenergetskog sistema zbog direktnog uticaja na smanjenje raspoloživosti visokonaponske elektroopreme koja u svom sastavu sadrži izolatore za spoljašnju montažu. Iako je nastanak kvara kao posledica zagađenja poznat fenomen od nastanka prenosa električne energije, značaj dobija poslednjih decenija sa povećanim obimom razvoja industrije i intezivnijoj obradi i tretiranju poljoprivrednog zemljišta.
U ovom radu je razmatran uticaj prisustva najzastupljenijih jedinjenja soli prisutnih u poljoprivrednom đubrivu (NaCl, K2SO4, NaHCO3, CaSO4, KHCO3, MgSO4, NH42Fe(SO4)2x6H2O gvožđe amonijum sulfat, prašina i urea) na podnosive napone i rizik od preskoka kod kapastih izolatora. Prikazani rezultati pokazuju da rastvorive soli kao i čvrste nerastvorive naslage značajno utiču na smanjenje podnosivih napona izolatora posebno u slučaju debljih čvrstih nerastvorivih naslaga. Na osnovu ovih rezultata i klasifikacije stepena zagađenja u skladu sa standardom IEC 60815-1 izvedeni su zaključci i date su smernice za dimenzionisanje izolacije u fazi izrade projekata za dalekovode visokog napona sa ciljem postizanja pouzdanog funkcionisanja ove elektroopreme u eksploatacionim uslovima sa povećanim poljoprivrednim zagađenjem.
