SAŽETAK /ABSTRACT:
Prethodnu deceniju, globalno posmatrano, karakteriše značajna paradigmatska promena kada su u pitanju politike održivog razvoja. U brojnim zemljama, a posebno u Evropi, više nego ikada fokus je na lokalnom nivou delovanja, i to ne samo u domenu lokalnih razvojnih politika i strategija, već mnogo dublje na nivou detalja planiranja i projektovanja i izgradnje ljudskih naselja. U korenu ovih paradigmi je dubok proces naučno utemeljenog preispitivanja smisla ideje o održivom razvoju, pa shodno tome svrhe i uloge discipline arhitekture u dostizanju održivog razvoja naselja. To je razlog intenziviranja aktivnosti u domenu formulisanja arhitektonskih politika,strategija i paradigmi u Evropskoj uniji, pa i Srbije koja je u procesu pridruživanja. Paradigmatska promena unutar nauke održivosti podrazumeva društvenu transformaciju i redefinisanje društvene uloge arhitekture i arhitektonske profesije, inoviranje znanja i pristupa praksi u oblasti planiranja naselja i upravljanja razvojem građene sredine. Uspešnost ovakve društvene transformacije mora biti zasnovana na specifičnostima lokalnog konteksta ali i aktuelnim razvojnim procesima šireg regiona i globalnog sveta. Nacionalna arhitektonska strategija Republike Srbije 2025-2035. predstavlja strateški dokument koji teži da artikuliše ovaj složeni proces društvene transformacije u Srbiji, sa ciljem stvaranja uslova za kvalitativnu promenu saglasnu svesnoj lokalizaciji ciljeva održivog razvoja Agende2030. Međutim, uspešnost njene implementacije zavisi od društvenih kapaciteta za razumevanje, prihvatanje i proaktivno delovanje ka promeni. Ovo poglavlje ima cilj da kroz integralnu i višeslojnu analizu stvori okvir za realno kritičko sagledavanje i razumevanje pristupa definisanju arhitektonske politike u Srbiji. Rezultat je sistematizacija znanja, svojevrsni saznajni okvir koji ima za svrhu da orijentiše i ohrabri delovanje veoma različitih profesionalnih i naučnih profila arhitekata ka održivosti naselja u Srbiji-zajedničkoj vrednosti ljudske zajednice, ne samo na ovoj teritoriji, već i globalno.
