ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Šaranski ribnjaci su specifični vodeni ekosistemi, koji osim gajenja riba predstavljaju centre biodiverziteta. Kombinacija netretirane vode za snabdevanje sa gustim nasadom riba, može da dovede do pojava bolesti i/ili parazita na ribama, a svaki stres koji ribe dožive, se zbog promene fiziologije, manifestuje na unutrašnjim organima. Ovo istraživanje ima za cilj komparativnu analizu histologije škrga šarana, prikupljenih tokom proleća 2024. godine sa tri komercijalna i jednog eksperimentalnog ribnjaka. Ribnjaci su snabdevani vodom iz velikih ravničarskih reka (Dunav, Tisa, Tamiš), dok se kao kontrola koristio ribnjak sa vodosnabdevanjem iz arteškog bunara. Histološke promene u škrgama šarana analizirane su kao indikatori stresa.
