САЖЕТАК /ABSTRACT:
The application of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the creative process, shifting the boundaries from traditional sketching toward automated and AI-assisted visual content generation. This paper employs a methodological approach based on experimental image generation and a comparative analysis of the performance of selected AI tools. The research was conducted in the field of textile and fashion design, with a particular focus on generating garment images and models from hand-drawn sketches. The obtained results demonstrate that contemporary AI models enable a high level of visual expressiveness and provide effective support during the early stages of product development and design ideation. The study confirms that artificial intelligence serves as a valuable support tool in the creative process, redefining the role of the designer toward more efficient management of the design creation and development process.
