ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
In parallel with review of modern concepts of scaling phenomena and papers of S. Veljkovic and Lj. Kolar-Anic connected to the field, is presented our Theory on network grow scaling in cells and cell systems, illustrating our experience within the field, and opinions on it. In short, all the spectra of problems discussed, can be presented by the following key words: the scope and importance of scaling concept and theory (in thermodynamic aspects) and the new approach from kinetics for bio-systems scaling, energetics as nominator they share, and bio-thermodynamic issues today, molecular clock as an example of opportunity for bridging over such difficulties.
