SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Turbidometrija predstavlja široko primenjivanu tehniku u mikrobiologiji za procenu koncentracije bakterija u tečnim kulturama. Merenjem optičke gustine (OD) suspenzije, istraživači mogu da prate dinamiku rasta mikroorganizama, procene efikasnost antimikrobnih agenasa i analiziraju fiziološke odgovore bakterija. Ovaj rad razmatra teorijske osnove turbidometrije, metodološki okvir, primenu u kvantifikaciji bakterija i njena ograničenja, sa posebnim osvrtom na antimikrobna istraživanja i savremene mikrobiološke pristupe.
