ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

In the era of global crises, the ethical aspects of communication about shocking events, actions and their results are becoming increasingly important. In such situations, leaders, the media and civil society enter into competition, as their interpretations conflict and struggle to gain supporters and trust. The paper examines examples from the Covid19 pandemic crisis and the imposition of the “Green Deal” policies in search of a response to the environmental crisis, which aim to reorient the entire economy on new foundations. The proposed policies rely on a misinterpretation of scientific data and silence the voices of real scientific experts. Crisis communication is political communication because it is related to the exercise of power and influence, to the pursuit of material interests. The key question is whether significant results can be achieved by violating ethical rules, human rights and the mass dissemination of panic information. The thesis that false propaganda and the pursuit of profits cannot protect people from the negative consequences of global crises, and it is more important for them to defend their rights themselves, is justified in the paper.

The concept of artificial intelligence is very present in postmodern society, with exclusivity on various areas of public life. Artifical intelligence means the suitability of engaged devices and computers in the observation of concrete social processes. This also applies to the development of law, digitization of education and international subjects frameworks governing it. The systems of that global project are become more autonomous, issues of security, transparency, accountability, job losses and discrimination gain of essential importance. Efforts to take the leading position in the management of artifical intelligence initiated the institutions of the European Union to take certain steps in the direction of that concepts. The aim of this paper is a scientific consideration of the exclusive trends in the implementation of artifical intelligence in the fields of European law, education and international relations.
