САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

The article examines the problems arising from the implementation of the provisions of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. A number of contradictions between the norms recorded in the Rome Statute and the norms of national law are cited. Political and legal problems are raised that do not allow the International Criminal Court to exercise its powers effectively, in connection with which options for solving the problems that arise are proposed.
