SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
The practical application of artificial intelligence is closely related to the establishment of an appropriate framework related to organizational issues. That is why the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) adopted a series of management standards related to artificial intelligence. covering concepts and terminology, artificial intelligence management system, guidelines for risk management in the field of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence governance implications for organizations and impact assessment of artificial intelligence. At the European level, Regulation 2024/1689 on the harmonization of rules related to AI was adopted, and in the Republic of Serbia, the Strategy for the development of AI for the period up to 2030 was innovated, and the Law on Artificial Intelligence is being prepared. This paper provides a concise overview of the aforementioned standards, regulations and strategy.
