SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
Main idea of this document is defining the concept for implementation of operational limitations (curtailment without compensation). In most cases, overloads of the transmission system elements will be caused by more than one object which has operational limitations defined in the connection process. In those situations, in general, those objects will have different impacts on the overload. Two basic concepts for application of operational limitations are: 1. Limiting the object which has the highest contribution to the overload 2. Limiting all object proportionally to their contribution to the overload First concept provides limitations with minimal cumulative loss of energy in the system but isn’t fair to all the participants because the burden of limitations falls only on one object. Second concept is fair by definition but cumulative energy loss is bigger than in the first case. This document will provide an idea for a different concept that should ensure that both advantages of these 2 concepts are respected without their drawbacks.
