SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
The introduction will explain the technical requirements regarding the earthing, the purpose of use, and method of calculating the resistance of the earthing. An explanation will be given as to how the resistance of the earthing was calculated and how earthing was carried out in the site. It is a typical earthing around the tower, which consists of two rings around each foundation and a common ring around all four legs. In addition, it will be explained how the earthing resistance of individual tower was measured. In addition to the resistance value of the earthing, the measured values of the specific resistance of the soil in which the earthing is installed will also be given. So calculations will be provide for the application of additional measures as well as the results of the calculations. Additional measures consist of making horizontal rods and vertical rods that are connected to the basic earthing.
The vertical rods were placed in soil and around the soil and a substitute material (GEM – ground enhancement material) was used. After that, the results of re-measurements of the resistance of the earthing will be shown, after the application of additional measures. At the end, the results of the analysis will be given, it will be shown how much the resistance value of the earthing has decreased after the application of additional measures.
