SAŽETAK: 

Polaznu osnovu u razmatranju postupaka posebne podrške za darovite čitače u redovnim odeljenjima u ovom radu čine kompozitne i sistematske koncepcije koje darovitost određuju kao izuzetno postignuće (Altaras 2006). Prema ovim koncepcijama, učenje i obrazovanje imaju status faktora koji utiču na aktuelizaciju darovitosti, tj. obrazovanje obezbeđuje posebne uslove za razvoj darovitog ponašanja (Renzuli 2012). Cilj rada je da ukaže na potrebu jasne operacionalizacije specifičnih oblika podrške darovitim čitačima u redovnim odeljenjima kojima učitelji mogu podsticati dalji razvoj ove specifične sposobnosti svojih učenika.
