САЖЕТАК:
Полазну основу у разматрању поступака посебне подршке за даровите читаче у редовним одељењима у овом раду чине композитне и систематске концепције које даровитост одређују као изузетно постигнуће (Алтарас 2006). Према овим концепцијама, учење и образовање имају статус фактора који утичу на актуелизацију даровитости, тј. образовање обезбеђује посебне услове за развој даровитог понашања (Рензули 2012). Циљ рада је да укаже на потребу јасне операционализације специфичних облика подршке даровитим читачима у редовним одељењима којима учитељи могу подстицати даљи развој ове специфичне способности својих ученика.
