SAŽETAK:

U vreme pandemije desile su se iznenadne i značajne promene u planiranju i organizaciji nastavnih aktivnosti u sistemu univerzitetskog obrazovanja. Prelazak na onlajn ili kombinovanu nastavu i dalje predstavlja izazov i za nastavnike i za studente. Ubrzanim razvojem digitalnih kompetencija nastavnika i veština studenata, razvijanjem različitih nastavnih modela i primenom virtuelnih alata u nastavi, u doba pandemije se nametnulo pitanje kvaliteta ovakve nastave, u kontekstu postignuća i razvoja potencijala studenata, kao i prepoznatih profesionalnih kompetencija nastavnika novog doba. Ciljem našeg istraživanja smo želeli da utvrdimo stavove studenata o kvalitetu onlajn-nastave u vreme pandemije, u kontekstu kvaliteta rada univerzitetskih nastavnika i organizacije nastavnih aktivnosti. Uzorak su činili studenti osnovnih i master akademskih studija Fakulteta pedagoških nauka Univerziteta u Kragujevcu, sa sedištem u Jagodini (N = 63). Rezultati ovog istraživanja potvrđuju dobre profesionalne kompetencije nastavnika u vremenu intenzivne digitalizacije obrazovanja, ali i potrebu jačanja digitalnih kompetencija nastavnika, kao i sistemskog rada na unapređivanju onlajn-nastave, u odnosu na njenu organizaciju i organizaciju ispitnih aktivnosti.
