САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Our paper aims to point out the necessity of implementing the concept of distance education as a logistical subject of the digitalization in the implementation of teaching. Today, it initiates the application of modern information and communication technologies in al social spheres, including education. The motive of the current research is the need to point out the advantages of introducing paradigms of the European project of distance learning, as segment of the reorganization of the higher education system in all countries. The programs imply innovation and creativity in the education system based on the prosperous models of the European Union. The results of the organization of this model are reflected in the racionalization of the teaching process, better scientific content and the significant role of new knowledge in improving human activities.
