ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a significant comorbidity in chronic kidney disease (CKD), with complex mechanisms linking the renal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems. Signs of pulmonary insufficiency and right heart failure should prompt transthoracic echocardiography with an estimate of pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) from tricuspid regurgitation velocity.
