SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
Ukontekstusavremenognaslednogprava, jedanodnajvećihizazovajestriktnostformalnostikojeseodnosenazaveštanja, štočestodovodidoproblemaunjihovompraktičnomprimenjivanju. Ovakvasituacijapostavljapitanjepotrebezamodernizacijomtestamentarnogprava, naročitoukontekstudigitalizacije, sfokusomnauvođenjeelektronskihzaveštanja. Stoga, ovajrukopisnastojidapružipregledkonceptaelektronskogtestamentaianalizunjegovihpotencijalnihprednostiinedostataka. Autorćeistražitidalipostojipotrebaiprostorzauvođenjeelektronskogoblikazaveštanjakaoinovativneforme, kojabiodgovorilanaizazovedigitalnogdoba, neugrožavajućipritompravnusigurnostitradicionalnefunkcijezaveštajneforme.
