САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

У раду је представљена улога вештачке интелигенције (Аrtificial Intelligence – AI) у полицијском раду, кроз анализу примене, предности и потенцијалних изазова које са собом носи. Технологије вештачке интелигенције, укључујући машинско учење, предиктивну аналитику, лингвистичку обраду и сл., све више су интегрисане у различите аспекте полицијског рада. Кроз преглед литературе, ово истраживање анализира како вештачка интелигенција доприноси ефикасности и ефективности полиције у домену предвиђања и превенције злочина, помоћи у анализи доказа, поједностављења административних задатака, подршке у процесу доношења одлука, али и јачању поверења јавности у полицију.

У раду се такође наглашава утицај алата вештачке интелигенције на ефикасност агенција за спровођење закона и поткрепљује потреба за увођењем прописа на националном нивоу како би се избегли ризици коришћења вештачке интелигенције у полицијском раду, с обзиром на европске интеграције.

Сумарно, текст рада осветљава сложен и вишеструки однос између употребе вештачке интелигенције у полицијском раду и криминалних активности, наглашавајући потребу за уравнотеженим приступом који максимизира предности, док минимизира потенцијалну злоупотребу ове технологије.
