SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Uraduseukazujenaosnovnekarakteristikekrivičnopravnezaštiteživotnesredine, saakcentomnaantropocentričnipristupovojzaštiti, kojijeusavremenodobadopunjeniekocentričnimpristupom, štoznačidasevišeneštitesamoodređenapravačovekauodnosunaživotnusredinu, većiživotnasredinakaodobroper se. Topodrazumevaiuvažavanjeprincipaodrživograzvojaživotnesredine, odnosnokorišćenjeprirodnihresursazapotrebesadašnjihgeneracijananačinkojineugrožavasposobnosttihresursazasamoobnovuisamoreprodukciju, kakobimogledaihkoristeibudućegeneracije. Prilikompružanjakrivičnopravnezaštiteživotnojsredinitrebavoditiračunaiozaštitisposobnostiživotnesredinedasesamoobnoviisamoregeneriše. Odnosno, povredailiugrožavanjeovesposobnostiživotnesredinetrebadabudeobuhvaćenainkriminacijamaprotivživotnesredine.
