ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:
Po popisu 2022. godine gotovo 90% gradskih naselja u Srbiji gubi stanovništvo. U takvim uslovima preostali stanovnici su mahom stariji, a deca i porodice sa decom su sve malobrojniji. Oni su stoga dragoceni resurs za budućnost datih gradova, pa je javna politika po njihovoj meri bitna. To uključuje i deo koji se odnosi na prilagođavanje dizajna otvorenih javnih prostora grada prema njihovim potrebama. U Srbiji postoji svest o ovome, ali još uvek nije uređen način kako to primeniti. Autorski tim ispred Programa Ujedinjenih nacija za razvoj (UNDP) u Srbiji i Ministarstva za brigu o porodici i demografiju je napravio prvi korak u vidu nacionalnog Priručnika za dizajn otvorenih prostora grada po meri dece i porodice. Cilj ovog rada je da predstavi put u kreiranju priručnika od teorijskih postavki do utvrđivanja konkretnih prostornih mera i načina njihovog sprovođenja kroz urbanu participaciju.
