ABSTRACT / SAŽETAK:

Održivo stanovanje jedan je od najvažnijih izazova savremenog urbanizma. Modeli stanovanja koji su prepoznati po svojoj održivosti su važan element u stvaranju socijalno pravednog i ekološki održivog okruženja. Ovi modeli obuhvataju socijalno, pristupačno i neprofitno stanovanje, koji imaju za cilj obezbeđivanje pristupačnih i kvalitetnih uslova stanovanja za sve društvene grupe. Uz rastuću potrebu za socijalnim, pristupačnim i neprofitnim stambenim rešenjima, održivost postaje odlučujući zahtev u projektovanju i izgradnji stambenih zgrada. U radu se analiziraju pravni i ekonomski okviri, kao i primena održivih praksi u urbanoj sredini Srbije i na primerima iz različitih zemalja, novi modeli finansiranja i upotreba inovativnih građevinskih materijala. Istražuju se koncepti i strategije koje doprinose održivosti u ovim tipovima stanovanja, sa posebnom pažnjom usmerenom na arhitektonske i urbanističke modele i inovativne pristupe koji mogu poboljšati kvalitet života korisnika i smanjiti negativne uticaje na životnu sredinu.
