САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Рестриктивне мере Европске уније представљају суштинску активност заједничке спољне и безбедносне политике и одражавају јединство и кохерентност Уније. У намери да превазиђе евидентну неуједначеност у примени уведених рестриктивних мера (нарочито у контексту санкција Русији), да смањи могућност избегавања санкција и повећа притисак на циљане субјекте, ЕУ је предузеле низ мера усмерених на бољу координацију, прецизније циљање и делотворније правне механизме рестриктивних мера, међу којима је од посебног значаја криминализацији кршења уведених рестриктивних мера, односно додавању кршења санкција на листу „кривичних дела ЕУ“. Овај потез, формализован кроз Директиву (ЕУ) 2024/1226, обезбеђује да се кршење рестриктивних мера сматра кривичним делом у свим државама чланицама, са прописаним минималним казнама. Директива (ЕУ) 2024/1226 се не примењује директно на Србију, будући да Србија није чланица ЕУ. Међутим, она је од посебне индиректне важности за Србију, посебно у контексту пута ка пуноправном ЕУ чланству.
