САЖЕТАК /ABSTRACT:

Companies that manufacture complex products and operate in modern, dynamic market conditions need to use appropriate software tools to help them respond to the challenges they face. The paper presents the application of a multi-criteria approach for selecting appropriate software as a significant support for product management. The possibilities of improving production processes are presented, as well as improving company performance, taking into account various criteria and product specificities. For determining criteria weights, the AHP method was used, while VIKOR, TOPSIS, and SAW methods were used for alternative ranking. Also, a comparative analysis of the obtained results was performed, and due to the variation of the results, the Borda method was used as a compromise solution. The paper aims to point out the importance of using software tools to support production management in modern business conditions.
