САЖЕТАК /ABSTRACT:

Work processes automation is a rapidly evolving engineering field. The integration of pneumatic components with modern computer and electronic technologies continuously results in new solutions emerging on the market. In order to keep pace with these developments, the educational process must follow current trends. Accordingly, the Chair for Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad frequently acquires new equipment from this domain. A particularly important aspect is the subsequent integration of this equipment into teaching activities. Modern equipment sets from the Festo manufacturer, such as “Digitalisation in Pneumatics” (TP260), “Drives in Pneumatics” (TP220), and “Energy-efficient Compressed Air Management” (AirCS), include components such as router, AirCS unit etc., that cannot be easy placed on standard didactic learntops and instead require specially designed, own supports. In addition, challenges arise from the need to use the same basic components when conducting exercises at different levels of complexity. Therefore, this paper presents the development and implementation of support structure for new didactic setups based on these Festo sets, designed in a way that fully adapts the workplace to the student. Special attention is given to ergonomics, ensuring safe use and easy access to all equipment for students.
