ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

The “Green Deal” is a tool of the US-dominated West to limit the economic growth of developing and poor countries and impose new forms of social and political enslavement. It is propagated through all media – corporate ones and social networks: it is accepted as the official ideology of global organizations such as the UN and the EU. Critical voices against it are successfully blocked. The global nature of crises and disasters is engendered and their dramatic consequences are engendered by organizational, social, technological and psychological causes that, if studied in sufficient detail, can be overcome. A major role in this process should be played by science, which should assist institutions in building reasonable environmental policies. An important role can also be played by civil organizations that want more transparency in economic decision-making and to anticipate and avoid negative environmental consequences. The responsibility for this could be taken by human communities, which have a major role in protecting the nature of their region, region, and country.
