ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:

Ovaj rad ističe važnost međusobne povezanosti i interakcije između organizacione kulture, produktivnosti, apsentizma, prezentizma i psihosocijalnih rizika, naglašavajući ključnu ulogu posvećenosti menadžmenta u oblikovanju podržavajućih i zdravih radnih okruženja. Ključne strategije uključuju implementaciju strukturiranih procesa upravljanja rizicima, prilagođavanje akcijskih planova specifičnostima organizacije, uspostavljanje jasnih politika za kontrolu stresa na radu i integraciju psihosocijalnih faktora u okvire bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu. Psihosocijalni rizici na radu, koji obuhvataju faktore poput visokih zahteva na poslu koji podrazumevaju poslovno preopterećenje, pritisak na poslu ili situacije u kojima zaposleni ima previše posla, a premalo vremena, loših međuljudskih odnosa, nedostatka kontrole i stresora, kao što su zlostavljanje i uznemiravanje, značajno utiču na zdravlje zaposlenih i efikasnost organizacije. Rezultati Evropske ankete o preduzećima koja se bave novim i nastajućim rizicima (ESENER) ukazuju na rasprostranjenost i posledice ovih rizika, naglašavajući potrebu za primenom efikasnih strategija upravljanja rizicima. Podsticanjem pozitivnih međuljudskih odnosa na radnom mestu, ohrabrivanjem aktivnog učešća zaposlenih i posvećenošću kontinuiranom unapređenju radnih procesa, organizacije mogu značajno smanjiti psihosocijalne rizike. Proaktivno upravljanje ovim rizicima stvara zdravija, otpornija radna okruženja, koja doprinose većem zadovoljstvu zaposlenih i njihovoj produktivnosti, a time i dugoročnom uspehu same organizacije.
