САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

This paper documents the remediation of a curved hillside road edge on K 7406 between Asch and Bermaringen. Initial bored-pile works proved impracticable. The adopted solution replaced each bored pile with three self-drilled micropiles (TITAN 52/26) with bonded lengths in competent limestone and heads cast into a continuous capping beam at 1.95 m spacing. Installation with a spider rig and live grouting enabled safe execution. In total, 153 micropile groups stabilized the corridor.
