САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Резилијентност се одређује као позитивно психолошко прилагођавање и суочавање са променама и изазовима, а развија се и мобилише у кризним и стресним ситуацијама. У овом прегледном раду раз- матрају се концепт психолошке резилијентности и теоријски приступи да би се указало на рано испољавање и формирање резилијентности. Издвојени су промотивни и протективни фактори резилијентности и разматрана улога социјалне подршке. Анализиране су улоге васпитача, учитеља и наставника у развоју овог важног својства процесне природе, као и начини њиховог оспо- собљавања да оснажују сопствену резилијентности и да подстичу развој рези- лијентности својих васпитаника и ученика. У завршним разматрањима при- казан је програм развоја резилијентности и вештина подршке развоју резили- јентности студената.
