САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Language reflects, but also shapes social relations, identities and hierarchies. In this essay we reflect on the different challenges feminist linguists perceive within their own cultural contexts and respective language structures, focusing on Serbian and English languages. Different grammatical structures of the two languages necessitate different approaches for the development and nurturing of gender inclusive language.
