ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Photoresponsive, nontoxic, elastic chitosan was prepared for rapid, one-step fabrication of various microstructures. Concave or convex microlenses (individual or microlenses arrays), gratings, microchannels, and many other complex microstructures were produced on the chitosan layer by direct laser writing at 488 nm. Any waste material not created during the microstructures formation. The microstructures can be used directly as prepared or contact copied into PDMS without additional chemical processing, for various applications such as: lab on a chip, sensors, cameras, security, etc.
