САЖЕТАК /ABSTRACT:

The article examines the issues of preserving the memory of the Holocaust as a prerequisite for the moral profile and sustain- able value environment of modern society. The dynamics of Holocaust memory are  introduced  through  a  factual  picture of the Bulgarian case. The stages of research and institutional interest in Holocaust memory are highlighted as well as the reasons for this interest. The Holocaust memory is examined in the categories of the shared society as well as the impact of these issues on the value system of a given society.
