ABSTRACT / САЖЕТАК:
Business ethics is one of the areas of philosophy with the most direct impact on society. It contributes to changing people’s expectations from business and to realizing its social functions. Among the defining features is the alignment between ends and means, challenging the traditional understanding that profit is the only goal. Doing good as an end in itself cannot be considered as such a goal. Next, we place the guarantee of the rights of all participants in the economic competition and the balance of interests in it. The analysis is carried out from the positions of the value-normative approach in ethics. It is related to compliance with the values accepted in a given community
