САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

U radu se razmatra aktuelni problem žilavosti (resilience) elektroenergetskih sistema (EES) koji je u poslednjoj deceniji, zbog rasta broja maloverovatnih ali visokorizičnih događaja, dobio na praktičnom i naučnom značaju. Dosadašnja istraživanja i aktivnosti na ovom polju u svetu su pretežno bila fokusirana na aspekte planiranja razvoja i investicija u elektroenergetsku infrastrukturu, dok je operativno upravljačkim aspektima posvećena znatno manja pažnja. U ovom radu su identifikovani neki od problema povezanih, kako sa novinom pojma, tako i složenim odnosom pouzdanost- žilavost-sigurnost, razmotrene su brojne postojeće definicije pojma žilavosti EES i dat je pregled do sada u svetu formulisanih metodoloških okvira i metrika performansi vezanih za žilavost EES. Na bazi prethodno sprovedene analize daje se predlog osnovnih koncepata (uključujući okvire) žilavosti koje bi trebalo koristiti u daljem radu na ovoj značajnoj problematici. Na kraju rada, kao ilustracija praktične primene prikazanih metodologija, navedeni su pojednini primeri iz uspešne svetske prakse.
