SAŽETAK:

Brzina, agilnost i hitrina su karakteristične sposobno- sti u mnogim kolektivnim i individualnim sportovima. U poslednje vreme veliki je broj trenažnih metoda koje se primenjuju u cilju poboljšanja različitih motoričkih sposobnosti. SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) trenažni program sklapa razvoj sve tri komponente u jedan kompleksan trening na osnovu njihovih zajedničkih svojstava. Pregledno istraživanje uzelo je u obzir naučne radove i publikacije indeksirane na Pubmed i Web of Science u periodu od 2000. do 2022. godine, prilikom čega su korišćene sledeće ključne reči: SAQ i Brzina (Speed) i Agilnost (Agility) i Hitrina (Quickness). Na osnovu istraživanja koje su uzete u obzir, SAQ program se pokazao kao metoda koja u značajnoj meri doprinosi razvoju brzine, agilno- sti i hitrine kod različitih sportista i rekreativaca. Iz ovog preglednog rada može se uvideti da radovi ukazuju da je SAQ adekvatan u osposoblja- vanju sportista za efikasnije izvođenje različitih aktivnosti u takmičar- skim i rekreativnim uslovima.
