SAŽETAK:

Složenost novih uloga nastavnika tokom njegovog konti- nuiranog profesionalnog razvoja podrazumeva takođe visoko razvijene komunikacione veštine. U radu je dat kratak teoretski okvir razvoja komunikacione kompetencije nastavnika, a rad je imao primarno za cilj selekciju i analizu radova iz oblasti razvoja komunikacione kompetencije nastavnika proteklih deset godina, prevashodno na uzorcima u visoko- školskom obrazovanju. Primenjena je analiza sadržaja. Rezultati pokazuju veliku heterogenost i diverzitet u pristupima proučavanju i unapređi- vanju komunikacione kompetencije nastavnika i budućih nastavnika. Ističe se potreba za preciznijim određenjem kompetencija kako bi se inte- nzivnije naglasio značaj komunikacije u visokoškolskoj nastavi.
