Ne(empatičnost) počinilaca vršnjačkog nasilja – savremeni socijalno-pedagoški izazov u zaštiti dece

SAŽETAK:

Vršnjačko nasilje goruća je tema koja godinama unazad zaokuplja permanentnu pažnju stručne i svekolike javnosti. Govoreći u terminima aktuelne pandemije virusa kovid-19, moglo bi se reći da godi- nama unazad vlada pandemija nasilja među vršnjacima u svojim različitim oblicima. Sve veća surovost među mladima implicirala je potrebu za ovim istraživanjem, a sa ciljem da se utvrdi ispoljavanje empatije među počini- ocima vršnjačkog nasilja koji su evidentirani u osnovnim i srednjim školama na teritoriji Grada Niša i okoline, kao i u Centru za socijalni rad u Nišu i Svrljigu. U radu je korišćen kvantitativni metod istraži- vanja i tehnika skaliranja. Dobijeni rezultati su delimično potvrdili opštu hipotezu s obzirom na to da su dobijeni viši skorovi na kognitiv- noj dimenziji u odnosu na afektivnu dimenziju empatije, odnosno da su se verbalna i fizička agresija izdvojile kao značajni prediktori empatije kod počinilaca vršnjačkog nasilja. Dobijeni rezultati istraživanja impliciraju potrebu za intenzivnim promovisanjem empatije i prosoci- jalnog razvoja kroz programe za razvoj socijalnih i emocionalnih kompe- tencija mladih.
