Културолошки оквири комуникационе компетентности наставника: теоријски и практични приступи међукултурним компетенцијама

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Иако се појам комуникациона компетентност користи да означи универзални систем компетенција у различитим комуникационим контекстима, и као такав је тема бројних истраживања, практични контекст у коме треба испољавати комуникациону компетентност захтева разматрање различитих културолошких оквира за ефикасну комуникацију. Повезаношћу културе и комуникације баве се различите науке и посебне дисциплине, а у овом раду разматрање међукултурних комуникационих компетенција ослања се на доприносе антрополошких приступа, психологије комуникације и комуникологије. Извршена је анализа комуникације према изабраним културолошким димензијама значајним за комуникациону компетентност наставника: индивидуализам – колективизам, високи – ниски комуникациони контекст и егоцентричност – социоцентричност. Разматране су међукултурне комуникационе компетенције као практичан одговор на уважавање културолошких разлика и сличности. У контексту професионалног деловања наставника у мултикултуралном окружењу, предложен је оквир оспособљавања наставника да подстичу развој своје и међукултурне компетентности ученика.
