SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:
Digitalno doba donosi brojne izazove po zdravlje mladih, uključujući prekomerno sedenje, povećano vreme pred ekranima i smanjenu fizičku aktivnost. Cilj rada je da se prikaže značaj redovne fizičke aktivnosti i nastave fizičkog vaspitanja za zdravlje učenika u uslovima sveopšte digitalizacije. Pored pregleda relevantnih studija objavljenih nakon 2020. godine, rad uključuje i rezultate istraživanja sprovedenog među učenicima uzrasta 11–17 godina u Srbiji. Podaci ukazuju na to da fizički aktivniji učenici imaju bolje školske uspehe i više psihofizičko blagostanje, dok sedentarne navike i prekomerna upotreba ekrana koreliraju sa slabijim zdravstvenim i obrazovnim ishodima. Posebna pažnja posvećena je ulozi škole u stvaranju uslova za redovno kretanje i promociju zdravog stila života. Rad ukazuje na potrebu za multisektoralnim pristupom u rešavanju ovog problema, sa školom kao ključnim nosiocem preventivnih mera.
