САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:
Процес транзиције у школу представља период промена како за дете тако и за његову породицу. У овом раду се разматрају улоге и капацитети породице деце са сметњама и тешкоћама у развоју у процесу инклузивне транзиције и њихова партнерска улога са васпитно-образовним институцијама. Улоге и капацитети породице се посматрају као ресурс у обликовању транзиционог искуства деце, а њихов недостатак или неискоришћеност као препрека у подршци детету. Капацитети родитеља условљени су личним потребама које су вишеструке и сложене и често се односе на информативну, емоционалну, практичну и системску подршку. Квалитетно партнерство родитеља и осталих актера у васпитно-образовном раду такође представља важан ресурс за међусобну подршку и стварање позитивних услова за адаптацију и развој детета.
