SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Uvod

Zdravstveni radnici svakodnevno su izloženi emocionalno zahtjevnim situacijama, što povećava rizik od sagorijevanja. Profesionalna empatija je ključna za kvalitetnu njegu, ali njena intenzivna afektivna komponenta može doprinijeti emocionalnoj iscrpljenosti.

Cilj

Ispitati povezanost empatije i sagorijevanja, te razlike u odnosu na spol, zanimanje, smjenski rad, starost i radno iskustvo.
