IZAZOVI POVEZANI SA MASOVNIM UVOĐENJEM OBNOVLJIVIH IZVORA ENERGIJE I NJIHOVOM INTEGRACIJOM SA MREŽOM

САЖЕТАК / ABSTRACT:

Današnja energetska transformacija je u značajnoj meri bazirana na masovnom uključenju obnovljivih izvora energije (OIE) u proizvodni portfolio energetskih kompanija, ali i promenama kod potrošača. Kao posledica prisustva uređaja energetske elektronike, javljaju se problemi, kako u sferi energija/snaga, tako i u sferi tehničkih performansi sistema. Tehnička pitanja u domenu regulacije učestanosti, napona, kratkih spojeva, stabilnosti i kvaliteta napona su analizirana i rešavana putem istraživanja i razvoja tehnologije, ali i unapređenjem tržišno- regulatornih mehanizama. U ovom radu će pažnja biti skoncentrisana na tehničke probleme koji prate visoko % učešće OIE, posebno one koji rezultiraju pojavom nestabilnosti, nesigurnih režima, i poremećajima u EES. Postojeće studije priključenja OIE na mrežu, uglavnom nisu standardizovane, a izazovi sve kompleksnijih modela i simulacija nisu uvek adekvatno tretirani, na šta ukazuju događaji u eksploataciji. Na problematiku različitih kategorija modela i potrebnih simulacionih platformi, posebno onih u realnom vremenu za sisteme upravljanja i zaštite, će se u radu posebno obratiti pažnja. Na kraju, kao ilustracija će se prikazati nekoliko krupnih poremećaja u inostranim EES sa značajnim udelom OIE, i dati odgovarajuće opštije preporuke za naše uslove.
