SAŽETAK / ABSTRACT:

Saradničko zapošljavanje nova je forma rada koja podrazumeva da nezavisni radnici, mikropreduzeća i samozaposlena lica sarađuju – rade zajedno, kako bi zajednički premostili probleme na tržištu rada. Na ovaj način omogućava se većem broju aktera tržišta rada da zajednički uključeni obave konkretne zadatke radeći za drugog ali bez zasnivanja radnog odnosa, a pravni odnosi u koje stupaju nadilaze primenu isključivo radnog prava i posmatraju se kao posledica sve prisutnije „ekonomije deljenja“ –  koja u svom najširem značenju podrazumeva da veliki broj lica može da iskoristi nedovoljno iskorišćenu imovinu, odnosno resurse koji bi inače ostali neupotrebljivi. U radu, autorka ukazuje na različite modele saradničkog zapošljavanja uz sumiran osvrt na izazove koje ovakvi modaliteti saradnje mogu predstavljati ustaljenom vidu poslovanja.
