SAŽETAK:

Digitalizacija utiče na čitav lanac vrednosti delatnosti osiguranja: od dizajna do distribucije proizvoda i upravljanja štetama. Osiguranje lica preko Interneta je jedan od novih poslovnih modela omogućenih digitalizacijom. U ovom radu se opisuju različiti modeli osiguranja lica preko Interneta koji funkcionišu na tržištima osiguranja. Cilj je da se istaknu neka pravna pi- tanja koja ovi modeli postavljaju u vezi sa regulatornim okvirom EU o osiguranju.
